Items marked [Pre-Order] (or listed in a Pre-Order category) have not yet been released or have not yet arrived in our warehouse.
Each Pre-Order listing shows an estimated release/shipping month. The ETA comes from the manufacturer or distributor and is an estimate only — it is not guaranteed. Release dates can change for reasons outside our control.
Pre-Orders are paid in full at the time of order.
If the release is delayed beyond the stated month, we will let you know and you may choose to keep waiting or receive a full refund. If a product is cancelled by the manufacturer or our allocation is reduced, affected orders will be refunded in full.
If your order contains both in-stock items and Pre-Order items, the whole order may be held and shipped together when the Pre-Order items arrive. If you want in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.
